Your First Appointment

During your first appointment, you will register and be asked for personal information to apply for an ID number. X-ray films will be obtained, if necessary. A dentist will examine your mouth and discuss any finding with you. If recent x-ray films are available from another office, please arrange to bring them to your first appointment along with any other pertinent medical information.
